Is that true jewish messianics are christians?

just they want to follow the traditions of the judaism but which point these jewish messianics are different of the evangelical christians? because they seem to be the same thing and according to the translation in greek of messianics.. would be like christians no? I don't find any christian judaism in the first church, medieval age, until now? because I think the original christian judaism disappeared after the council of jerusalem no? when they accept to spread the gospel to the pagans? and jewish messianics blame Paul for being closer to the hellenism in his letters?
