TE week 10 question Shiancoe vs Det or Winslow vs Mia?

Shiancoe - only the Eagles and Vikings have given up more fantasy points to TEs than the Lions who already have given up 7 TE TDs (worst in the league). The Dolphins do give up points to TEs too, but have only allowed 3 TE TDs so far.
