I have just been offered a job with a company called "Student Relations Inc." Sounds fishy? Ever hear of it?

Supposedly it is a sports marketing company that works mostly with local schools, they do those mini-team posters, brochures, etc. They also work with local dealerships and sports teams as well. After a brief interview I was offered the job, pays 43-72K first year, 1K a month plus commission. Went to the website, www.studentrelations.org and not really much info about the place. Supposedly they have been around for 30 years, but I cannot find any info on it whatsoever. I desperately need to get out of my current job, but this smells like a scam to me. What do you guys think? Ever hear of Student Relations Inc.
