Illegal Cell Phone termination fees apply to all cell companys?

I only keep on reading about sprint, i have one fee for Tmobile and i was wondering if it applied to Tmobile too, and does anyone a website where they give more information about this? i want to know how far back theyre going to go on this i have that bill since 2007
