Ladies only, please answer this?

i have a yellow discharge, ladies will know where, i went and had tests done at the docs and it has come back, all ok, no infection, now i am 53 and have gone through the menopause, is it something us older ladies get? or somebody said it could be an allergic reaction to bubble bath, soap etc. what do you think?
