Am I going through perimenopause or menopause?

I am 35 and had my tubes tied a little over three years ago. Ever since then my periods have been heavier and longer and my mood swings are horrible for two weeks out of the month. Well for the past few months my mood swings have gotten worse and i mean really worse.I have so much anger inside of me i feel like i a gonna burst and i want to cry at the same time. I get hot flashes i get bloated so bad before my period that i feel like im 6 months pregnant. My last period i bled heavy for two days then didnt hardly bleed at all after that. My periods last usually 6 to 7 days. This is the first time ever that my period has been irregular like that. I have looked up symptoms for perimenopause and menopause and I have almost every single one of them. Can someone who has been through this plz help me out.
