How to alphabetize, for example John II and Jack, Jr. with names like Jack Johnson? (MLA Format)? ?

So If I have a group of names... with many names like "Jack Johnson" and I have two names that end in II or III and Jr. or Sr... how do I sort all of these in alphabetical order.. in MLA Format?
